Introduction
These are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us, and they replace any previous terms and conditions. Phreak (phreak.club) is a trading name of P.C Manufacturing Ltd (company number 11613704), registered at Unit 5, The Old Stables, Harrogate, HG1 2LZ, United Kingdom. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which we may update from time to time on this page. We intend to rely on them, so please read them before ordering. If there's anything you don't understand, email shop@phreak.club before you order. If you'd like anything changed, please ask in writing so there's no misunderstanding about what we're each expected to do.
Legal age to buy
By buying from Phreak, you declare that you are 18 years of age or above, or have the legal right to possess adult products where you live. If it's discovered that you're not of legal age, we are not obliged to accept your order.
Orders and contract
Orders are subject to availability. A contract between you and Phreak is formed when you complete your purchase at checkout. We may cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a product being unavailable or suspected fraud. If we do, we'll let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full.
Despite our best efforts, products may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price. If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to dispatch.
We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive information such as your contact and card details. Your card statement will show the charge as P.C Manufacturing Ltd.
Made to order items
Made to order toys are handmade for you, so no two are exactly alike. Marbling, swirls, drips and other colour effects are applied by hand and will vary from the pictures on the website, and colours may look slightly different on different screens. Small variations in colour and finish are a normal part of handmade products and are not a defect. Production and dispatch times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit and debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and Clearpay, plus other payment methods shown at checkout depending on where you are. You can currently only order through our website.
International card holders: if you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you're charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our returns, cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, shipping costs, customs and import duties, and what happens to lost or undelivered parcels are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout.
Privacy, data protection and cookies
How we collect and use your personal information, and how we use cookies, is explained in our Privacy policy. Please make sure the email address you give us is correct and working, as we use it to send your order confirmation and updates, and we can't be responsible for emails that don't reach you.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Phreak offers a warranty that covers manufacturer defects for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is covered:
- Faulty materials or workmanship
- Malfunctions due to defects in construction
What is not covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or lack of care
- Issues arising from normal wear and tear
- Defects caused by modifications or repairs not authorised by us
- Super soft toys, unless the issue is due to a manufacturer defect
If you believe your product is defective, please email shop@phreak.club with proof of purchase and details of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or offer a refund at our discretion.
This warranty is separate from and does not affect your statutory rights.
Social media competitions
We run competitions across our social media channels, including Facebook (/Phreak.club), X (@Phreakclub) and Instagram (@Phreak.club).
Entry requirements may vary across each platform, and competitions are open to entrants worldwide aged 18 or over, where permitted by law.
Winners will be contacted through the platform they used to enter, via direct message when possible. The winner will need to respond within 48 hours, or the prize will be given to another entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
Specific information about the prize, how to enter and the closing date will appear on the competition post itself.
We reserve the right to withdraw a competition at any time. By entering one of Phreak's social media competitions, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
All products sold through our website are sold as novelty goods. Please use them as intended and follow any instructions or safety guidance we provide. P.C Manufacturing Ltd cannot be held responsible for injury caused by misuse. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Goods, colours or packaging may occasionally differ slightly from those shown on the website. We cannot be held responsible for errors or interruptions to the website.

Acceptance of these terms
Use of this site means you accept these terms and conditions, which take effect from the date you first use the site. By buying from our site, you are also accepting them. These terms do not affect your statutory rights, and this agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Definitions
"You" and "your" mean the person, firm or company who enters into a contract with us. "Us", "we", "our" and "the company" mean P.C Manufacturing Ltd, trading as Phreak. All models used in pictures on phreak.club or any of our social media pages are over the age of 18.
