We understand that privacy matters, especially given the nature of our products. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We never sell your personal information.

Information we collect
Visitors: when you visit our website, we collect basic information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device, language and location settings, the pages you view and how you use the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).
Customers and account holders: when you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order history (including any customisation choices), loyalty points activity, and any reviews you submit. We also receive payment transaction IDs and the payment method used. We never see or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
When you contact us: if you message us by email, WhatsApp or live chat, we collect the contents of your messages, any attachments, and your contact details.
Marketing: if you sign up to our emails, we collect your email address and preferences, and record how you interact with our emails, such as opens and clicks.
How we collect it
We collect information directly from you (when you create an account, place an order, use our customiser, contact us, leave a review or sign up to emails), automatically through cookies, and from the payment and shipping providers we use to complete your order.
How and why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, make made to order items, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support. (Contract)
- To keep financial and tax records and meet our legal obligations. (Legal obligation)
- To send marketing emails, and to run our loyalty points and review programmes. (Consent. If you've bought from us before, we may email you about similar products, and you can opt out at any time.)
- To understand how our website is used, improve it, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. (Consent, through cookies)
- To prevent fraud, keep our website secure, and protect our legal rights. (Legitimate interests)
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed for each service to do its job:
- Shopify, which runs our store, checkout, customer accounts and orders.
- Payment providers (including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Clearpay and card payment processors): your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, order number and order value. Buy now, pay later providers such as Klarna and Clearpay may also run their own checks and use your information under their own privacy policies. We do not store your card details.
- Shipping providers and couriers: your name, delivery address, contact details, order number and value, and for international orders the contents of your parcel, which is also needed to meet customs requirements.
- Klaviyo, for email marketing: your name, email address, preferences, and order and browsing activity.
- Smile, for loyalty points: your name, email address and points activity.
- Judge.me, for reviews: your name, email address and order details so we can invite and publish reviews. Your review and the name you give may be shown publicly.
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, through cookies: information about how you use our website.
- WhatsApp (provided by Meta) and our live chat provider: the messages you send us.
- Our 3D customiser app, which handles your design choices.
- Other third-party apps we use on our website may also access your information to provide their service. They may only use it for that purpose.
- Authorities and legal advisers, where we're required by law or need to protect our rights, customers or others.
International transfers
Some of the providers above are based outside the UK, including in the US. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and account records are kept for 6 years, in line with our tax and accounting obligations.
- Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Messages and support enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.
After that, we delete or anonymise your information.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies make our basket, checkout and account features work. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using our cookie banner, change your choice at any time, or manage cookies in your browser settings. Please note that declining or blocking cookies may stop some features from working properly, such as our size guide and other third-party apps on the site.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete your information
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time, including unsubscribing from marketing emails using the link in any email

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Age
Our website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
