Shipping policy


Temporary Updates (Effective from 16 December 2025)

Due to the upcoming arrival of our baby and temporary changes to our production and dispatch timelines, the following temporary conditions apply to all orders placed from 16 December 2025 onwards, while the adjusted timeframes are in place:

• Made to order items: production times are temporarily extended to up to 21 working days before dispatch.

• Ready made items: dispatch times are temporarily extended to up to 5 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

Pre-Made Toys Delivery

  • Orders for pre-made toys are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Ready made items: dispatch times are temporarily extended to up to 5 working days.

Made to Order Toys

  • Toys ordered with signature colour options are usually produced and dispatched within 10 business days.
  • Fully custom orders are usually made and shipped within 2 weeks, but we advise allowing up to 4 weeks in case of unforeseen delays.
  • Production times are temporarily extended to up to 21 working days before dispatch.

Customs, Import Taxes & International Shipping

  • Customs, Taxes and import duties are only included in the shipping cost if stated at checkout. If it is not stated that Taxes and Duties are included then the customer may be liable for these charges before delivery of the order.
  • Our products are described as ā€˜100 % Platinum Silicone Sculptures’ for customs purposes.
  • Delays due to customs are outside our control.
  • If a parcel is currently in transit, we will be unable to cancel or refund the order. Refunds and cancelations will only be offered if a parcel is returned to sender or if the package is confirmed as being lost by the courier tracking.
  • If a shipment is abandoned due to refusal to pay customs or duty fees, no refund will be issued unless the parcel is returned to us by the courier. Any refund offered after a parcels return will be minus the original shipping fee, taxes and duties paid by the customer.
  • If an international order is returned to sender, a refund will be processed only when the package has arrived back with us. Refunds will be of the item cost only. Any shipping fees, taxes and duties will not be refunded as they have already been paid to the courier.

  • UK: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • America: 2-7 business days

Live Shipping Rates - International

  • Live shipping rates for international orders are now fully implemented.
  • This system provides real-time, accurate shipping cost calculations to enhance the international shipping experience.
  • If you encounter any issues with this system, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Domestic Shipping Options

Customers can select from the following UK shipping options:

Free Shipping

  • An economical choice, typically using Royal Mail 48hr or Evri.

Express Shipping Options

  • Royal Mail 24hr – Next-day delivery within the UK.
  • Other Couriers – Additional flexibility via reputable courier services.

Signature Requirements for Larger Deliveries

  • Some larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
  • If you're unavailable, the carrier may leave the package with a neighbour or at a local post office.
  • A ā€˜while you were out’ card will be left with collection/redelivery details.

Parcel Holding & Redelivery

  • Carriers hold uncollected parcels for 7 days before returning them to us.
  • If you request a resend, additional charges will apply.
  • If you choose to cancel, we will refund your order minus the shipping costs, providing the original package is returned to us.

Incorrect/Incomplete Address

  • We cannot be held responsible for missing or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, we will be unable to change your delivery address.Ā 
  • If you notice your shipping address needs to be changed before your parcel has been collected, we will do our best to assist you with this, but our shipping provider automatically pulls information from your order and so sometimes this may not be possible.

Issues with delivery - package lost or stolen

  • It is your responsibility as the recipient to monitor your parcels tracking and delivery information.
  • If you have not received your parcel, but it has been marked as delivered, you must contact us immediately.Ā 
  • We will not be able to investigate missing items after 30 working days have passed since delivery was recorded.Ā
