The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. Crypto-Zoo Ltd trades under the name of Phreak.club (our website). Crypto-Zoo Ltd (company number 11613704) owns Phreak.club. By accessing or using Phreak.club, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Care Department before ordering from us.

Legal Age To Buy

By purchasing products from Phreak.club you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Phreak.club is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation

Orders made through Phreak.club are subject to acceptance and availability. Phreak.club may choose at any time to cancel your order.

No contract will officially exist between yourself and Phreak.club until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Phreak.club provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit/debit card details.

Your credit/debit card is charged in the name of our parent company, Crypto-Zoo Ltd.

Data Protection

Phreak.club is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

Privacy Policy

We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services; it is never sold or passed on without consent.

Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.

We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.

We abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act rules and therefore we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Delivery Information

Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.

Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.

We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

If your country is not listed as available for shipping please contact us to see if we can make this available. 

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal (and soon to be bitcoin). You can currently only order through our website.

International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering. 

Returns Policy

Under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you, as a customer, are granted the unconditional right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of purchase. Phreak (PCM Ltd) offers a more lenient returns policy. You can return any product for a complete refund (or exchange) within 30 days, provided the item is unopened or unused. All items must be returned in their original state, including any free gifts or accessories that came with them.

Upon receiving your goods, it's important to examine them right away through the transparent packaging. This includes visually inspecting the toy for blemishes or faults and also checking the colour and firmness by looking and feeling the toy through the sealed bag. If there are any defects or errors, inform Phreak (PCM Ltd) immediately and do not remove your item from it's sealed bag, as this will mean it cannot be returned or exchanged. Prior to intimate use, items should be manually inspected. Even if there's no immediate intention to use the product, promptly check that you've received the correct item(s) and report any concerns to Phreak immediately. Not reporting issues with your order in a timely manner will be taken as acceptance of the goods in their received state. In cases of reported physical defects (e.g. marks, tears  etc), the item must be returned for a thorough examination before a refund or replacement is issued.

Please note, for non-inventory toys, we will retain up to 20% of the product price as a manufacturing fee in case of a return.

Regrettably, we can not accept returns of Flops, except in instances where undisclosed defects are discovered at the time of delivery.

Social Media Competitions

Competitions are run across multiple social media channels, including Facebook (/Phreak.club), Twitter (@Phreakclub) and Instagram (@Phreak.club).

Entry requirements may vary across each platform and are restricted to international residents aged 18 or over.

Winners will be contacted through the platform they used to enter the competition, via direct message when possible. The winner will need to respond within 48 hours, or the prize will be given to another entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.

Specific information regarding the prize, how to enter and closing date will appear on the competition post(s) itself.

We reserve the right to withdraw a competition at any time.

By entering one of Phreaks social media competitions, you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

All products sold through our website are sold as ‘novelty goods.’ The vendor, Crypto-Zoo Ltd, the holding company of Phreak.club, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Goods, colours or packaging of goods may occasionally differ slightly to those displayed on the website.

Crypto-Zoo Ltd, holding company of Phreak.club cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.
