Returns Policy
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At Phreak, our return policy is much more generous. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days if the product is unopened, unworn or unused. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Phreak as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of Grade B and Grade C toys unless there are defects found on the items which were not disclosed upon purchasing the item.
With Phreak you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges Policy
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund, alternative items, an exchange or a Phreak credit voucher.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

I enjoy using eggs as a kegal device , and as toys , they are useful as discrete on the go naughtiness , usually…. This King of Eggs (large size) is almost average easter egg size!!
So pretty with its easter costume (easter colour pour) and the sculpt is highly detailed whilst still feeling smooth overall (non aggressive texture) !
I’m going to grab a medium soft when one calls , and try for a supersoft custom of this size since my eyes have proven bigger XD

I am so glad to have found this toy. I've definitely looked at traffic cones before and thought, wow that would be fun to use. It definitely is, lol. This toy is one of my favorites for stretching and has a little bit of texture but not to much that it is overwhelming and hurts.
I have been wanting a cola can forever!!! It is so nice to have a safe alternative to the real thing, lol. This toy was a nice challenge to overcome come due to the girth and not having a tapered end. Definitely my go to for a satisfying time. Plus I really love taking pictures of other toys next to my cola can.
Lenea is an absolute behemoth!!! This toy can be alot of fun to use, just have to get used to the depth. I really like how girthy the lower end of this toy is compared to some of the other depth trainers I have used, it really enhances the pleasure.
I absolutely love this novelty toy!!!! Especially because I might be addicted to drinking monster, lol. This toy was definitely a challenge at first, but eventually was able to overcome that.
Weaver is an awesome toy with alot of different ridges and textures. Definitely alot of fun to use!!!!!

One of my favorite toys from Phreak club the screw. This toys feels amazing to use, with all the ridges.
This is a big upgrade from the previous model in my opinion, with a very appealing look. Not much texture but fun to use.
I absolutely love this toy so much I have 3 of them now lol. Not much for texture, but is still very satisfying to use. Really like the incognito look of this toy!
I was a little worried about how this type of toy would feel, but I went and bought one anyways. I am definitely glad I did, the Dragon Egg is so much fun to use. The texture is great and the pop is so satisfying once in.
I absolutely love the strawberry plug. It is definitely one of my favorites. Between the great selection of sizes and the texture, it is sure to make anyone happy.
What a really good looking Dildo, could easly pass as an ornament, but thats not what I bought it for it has a nice firm shaft with a softer heaver base so its well balanced and stays in place when you sit on it and ride it and as expected it soon brought me to an electrifying climax. Trisha xxx
