Sadly it never arrived, it was returned to Phreak because of US customs/tariff problems, I messaged Phreak three time over a month and have not gotten a response. I spent 110.00 US dollars and have nothing. No refund, No message, No product. I am disappointed

This is a disappointing review to read as we have tried to get in contact multiple times, but we keep getting bounceback emails from your mailbox to say that our message was blocked due to local policy, so I'm not even sure you will recieve this response. Please try contacting us via the live chat feature (not the contact form) on our website as this will hold our conversation on the website, rather than email where you seem to have restrictions in place.

Sorry about that. I have just had a look and it seems that we did email you back after your first email, but it was blocked and undelivered saying 'Message blocked due to local policy', so hopefully this one reaches you.
From looking at the tracking, it looks as though the parcel is being returned to us due to the duty payment not being settled. I think most couriers as well are no longer shipping to PO Boxes, so that may have been another issue.
Your item has been remade and we will get it shipped out again for you as the tracking is not clear. We will be sending it with another courier but we are also suggesting that all US customers pay their duties beforehand as the wait with customs in the US is very lengthy at the moment and they are also often vastly miscalculating duties and taxes on import. If you would like us to send it duties paid, please let us know and I will send you an invoice for the duties before it is sent. If we don't hear from you in the next 48 hours, we will send it without duties paid and it is likely to take longer to get to you.
Do you have an alternative shipping address to avoid the courier refusing to deliver to a PO Box?

The colours are great. It looks really striking. I'm torn on whether we should have gone for a firmer one but I really enjoyed it regardless and it's definitely personal preference. The size is great; I'd say it's a smaller beer bottle but enough girth for me!
