Important Update: Temporary Changes To Dispatch & Production Times

A Little Phreak Is on the Way 👶✨

We wanted to share an important update with our community and give you plenty of notice about some temporary changes to how we’ll be operating over the coming weeks.

We’re expecting the arrival of our baby just after Christmas, and as a small, family‑run business, this means we’ll be slowing things down a little while we settle into this new chapter. Transparency is really important to us, so we want to be clear about what this means for orders, dispatch times, and customer support.

What This Means for Orders

To help us manage production fairly and maintain the quality you expect from Phreak, the following adjusted timelines will apply during this period:

• Made to order items
Production times will be extended to up to 21 working days before dispatch.

• Ready made items
Dispatch times will be extended to up to 5 working days.

All timelines will be clearly shown at the point of purchase so you can make an informed decision before placing your order. 

Cancellations & Refunds

To keep things running smoothly and fairly while these adjusted timeframes are in place:

• Orders placed during this period cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted, provided they fall within the stated production and dispatch timescales shown at checkout.

This allows us to plan production accurately and continue operating sustainably during this time.

Customer Support Response Times

As we’ll be juggling newborn life alongside running Phreak, responses to messages and emails may take a little longer than usual. Please rest assured that all enquiries will still be answered — just with a bit more patience required.

While timelines may be extended, nothing about our quality, care, or attention to detail is changing. Every order will still be made, packed, and dispatched with the same love, care, and pride that Phreak is known for — just at a slightly gentler pace for a short while.
