P.C Manufacturing Ltd (company number 11613704) owns Phreak.club. By accessing or using Phreak.club (PCM Ltd), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Care Department before ordering from us.
Legal Age To Buy
By purchasing products from Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) is not obliged to accept your order.
Contract Formation
Orders made through Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) are subject to acceptance and availability. Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.
Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit/debit card details.
Your credit/debit card is charged in the name of our parent company, Crypto-Zoo Ltd.
Data Protection
Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.
It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.
We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.

Delivery Information
Once an order is placed, the shipping address can be adjusted up until the point of dispatch. However, once items have been shipped, we cannot accommodate address changes. It is crucial for customers to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout to avoid delivery issues.
For larger or heavier items, a signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt. If you're not available to sign, the carrier may ask a neighbor to sign for the delivery. Deliveries requiring a signature will not be left unattended; if a signature cannot be obtained, the item may be left with a neighbor or at your local post office. In such cases, a 'while you were out' card will be left at your address, indicating where your item can be collected or how to arrange for redelivery.
Royal Mail or the Courier Service will retain your parcel for 7 days. If it is not collected or redelivered within this timeframe, it will be returned to us.
If you request that we resend your order, please be aware that there will be an additional charge for re-shipping. If you decide to cancel your order after a parcel is lost, we will issue a refund minus the shipping and manufacturing costs.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for missing or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
You as the customer are responsible to pay for any and all import customs, tax and duty that may be requested prior to delivery. International customers do not pay tax on their items when buying from Phreak, so on import you may be invoiced to pay the tax at your local rate before delivery can be arranged. These fees are estimated for you alongside your shipping options and you can choose to prepay them if you wish. We are not responsible for changes in taxes and duties and refusal to pay those charges may result in your parcel being returned to us. Returned parcels will be partially refunded on our receipt of them - we will retain the original shipping fee and a 20% manufacturing fee for made to order items.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal (and soon to be bitcoin). You can currently only order through our website.
International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.
Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Phreak.club (PCM Ltd) offers a warranty that covers manufacturer defects for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
- Faulty materials or workmanship.
- Malfunctions due to defects in construction.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or lack of care.
- Issues arising from normal wear and tear.
- Defects caused by modifications or repairs not authorized by us.
- Super soft toys, unless the issue is due to a manufacturer defect.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our Customer Care Department with proof of purchase and details of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or offer a refund at our discretion.
This warranty is separate from and does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
Under the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you, as a customer, are granted the unconditional right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of purchase. Phreak (PCM Ltd) offers a more lenient returns policy. You can return any product for a complete refund (or exchange) within 30 days, provided the item is unopened or unused. All items must be returned in their original state, including any free gifts or accessories that came with them.
Upon receiving your goods, it's important to examine them right away. If there are any defects or errors, inform Phreak (PCM Ltd) immediately. Prior to intimate use, items should be manually inspected. For products like vibrators or other battery-operated devices, please test all pre-set modes to ensure functionality before intimate use. Even if there's no immediate intention to use the product, promptly verify that you've received the correct item(s) and that they function properly. Not reporting issues with your order in a timely manner will be taken as acceptance of the goods in their received state. In cases of reported defects, the item must be returned for a thorough examination before a refund or replacement is issued.
Please note, for non-inventory toys, we will retain up to 20% of the product price as a manufacturing fee in case of a return.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of Flops, except in instances where undisclosed defects are discovered at the time of purchase.
Return Policy for Items Purchased in Bundles/Deals
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item purchased as part of a bundle or a special deal. Please note the following terms for such returns:

Voiding the Bundle/Deal: If you return any item bought as part of a bundle or deal, the special pricing or deal applied to the bundle becomes void.

Refund Calculation: The refund you will receive for the returned item will be the difference between the amount you paid for the bundle/deal and the regular price of the remaining items that were part of the deal. In other words, we will treat the items you keep as if they were purchased at their normal individual price, and your refund will be the difference.

Example for Clarity: Suppose you bought a bundle of three items priced at $100 (with the regular price of each item being $40). If you return one item, we will recalculate your purchase as two items at the regular price ($40 x 2 = $80). Therefore, your refund would be $20 ($100 - $80).

Other Conditions: All other standard return conditions apply. The item must be in its original condition, and you must make the return within the specified return period.
With Phreak (PCM Ltd), you have a 30-day window to return an order for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. If the order has already been dispatched upon receiving your cancellation, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused state, including packaging.

Social Media Competitions
Competitions are run across multiple social media channels, including Facebook (/Phreak.club), Twitter (@Phreakclub) and Instagram (@Phreak.club).
Entry requirements may vary across each platform and are restricted to international residents aged 18 or over.
Winners will be contacted through the platform they used to enter the competition, via direct message when possible. The winner will need to respond within 48 hours, or the prize will be given to another entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
Specific information regarding the prize, how to enter and closing date will appear on the competition post(s) itself.
We reserve the right to withdraw a competition at any time.
By entering one of Phreaks social media competitions, you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.

All products sold through our website are sold as ‘novelty goods.’ The vendor, P.C Manufacturing Ltd, the holding company of Phreak.club, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
Goods, colours or packaging of goods may occasionally differ slightly to those displayed on the website.
